Bagel was all hard and cream cheese was all melted and barely even any on there. Ice cap tasted sour, the machine was definitely not cleaned recently and you can taste it. Why is there always something wrong whenever I buy from this place?

Terrible. I asked for a bacon farmers wrap, a hashbrown, and an asiago bagel toasted with onion and chive cream cheese. I didn't get the wrap or the hasbrown, and they gave me an everything bagel with regular cream cheese. HORRIBLE way to start my morning.
