perfectly made except to much ice and Tim Hortons don't take special instructions on Door dash. I also ordered a frozen hot chocolate and their machine was still down from the other day. I really like Tim Hortons but they always have some machine down. my cold brew tastes good tho!

can not eat the sandwich, bread is HARD & burnt. I paid for extra cheese & got barely any. I said NO lettuce & NO tomato, it was on there....and COLD

Dasher was fast but my cafe mochas are always inconsistent. usually there's some residual of whip cream in mochas ..nothing. expresso was Xtra and yet it has only a hint of coffee taste to it. as far as chocolate goes...watered down. lots of money for inconsistent cafe mochas and to top it off not even hot. I have spent a small fortune waiting for someone to get it right....I'm still waiting

Sealed bag almost entirely not sealed.
Black coffee had a creamer in it. Supposed to be no cream no sugar. That's for sure on Tim Hortons.
And the one donut I ordered is missing. Who knows what happened there.

Coffee was wrong. I order 4x4 which had 0 sugar and maybe 1 cream. Coffee was strong and tasted burnt!
They were out of the Boston Cream Donuts and the hot chocolate was the wrong size!
