They sent a completely different sandwich than I had ordered. [Sausage, bacon, egg, and cheese on an English muffin instead of the Maple Waffle with sausage.] My iced capp tasted fermented, like something had gone bad, a sort of vinegary taste, so I couldn't even finish it. Everything else was fine.

My order was correct this time and everything tasted great. But it took over an hour to get the order, which should have been 20 minutes, according to the estimate. and it is like 1/4 mile down the street. One dasher left after waiting over half an hour. I noticed the second dasher had been waiting over half an hour and it was getting close to lunch. This was supposed to be my breakfast, so I was about to cancel when he finally got it and was on his way. I know it is a busy time of year and they want to keep things fresh. But are you making customers walking in to place an order also wait over an hour?
