I order a hot Vanilla Latte and it came iced even tho I ordered it in the hot drinks
Also the chicken wrap is super small def not worth 9 bucks

Poorly packaged. Ordered a Canadian Maple donut, and they shoved it into a tiny bag while the fondant was fresh, so I had to pry it out of the bag in pieces. Timbits were fresh, which was great, but they put my fresh, HOT timbits next to my iced capp, so that effectively melted it by the time it got to me. The breakfast sandwiches looked like they were put together by a blind man having a seizure, but once I put them back together, they tasted fine. Would have added pictures but I didnt know that was an option now. Do better, Tims.

All the baked goods were stale to the point of falling apart in my hands, the quencher was watered down but lemonade was good. Overall sad display.
