Among all the different milk tea stores in the Bay Area, Tong Sui have done the best keeping up with the same good quality since they first opened their first store from day 1. T34 Coconut Ice Bomb w/DurianT54 Cheezo Guava both drinks still taste the same as day 1. They used real fruits instead of syrup, which is very impressive. Mini taro balls are very chewy as well. Please keep it up!

T72 Cheezo Mulberry : cheezo is perfect, mulberry slush is great, you can tell they used real fruits. taro balls are still very chewy even though the order was placed 40 mins before closing time, which is great. will definitely order again.

Quality organic products; quick service, excellent and helpful customer service! I place a group order with 61 items and the team was able to get it completed within 30 minutes!
Also, while I am not typically a fan of sugary drinks, I tried the T06 Black Sesame Latte and it was the BEST drink I've had a in a very long time! It was delicious, mixed well and frothy - a very special afternoon treat!

The jars arrived upside down:( glad that the layers are not ruined.
Ceylon milk tea arrived without milk. But the tea is very strong you can almost taste the bitter and sourness at the end.
For the grass jelly bowl it's mostly grass jelly, very small amount of taro ball/barley/red bean as shown in the picture.

The T29 Earl Grey Coconut Pudding was delicious. Definitely a splurge for dessert but I think it's worth it. The presentation is amazing, just like in the picture, and it comes in a Tong Sui bag with a spoon.
