It was the perfect dish for a cold winter night - a well seasoned broth, rich with shredded chicken and hominy, warm, flavorful, and truly comforting! (I also appreciate that the fresh garnishes and two whole, dried chilies were packaged separately from the hot soup.) The Flautas de pollo were a delicious side/appetizer. They were so nicely prepared, lightly topped with only lettuce, crema, and cotija cheese - SO good! What a great dinner this was!
