I order these pretty often because it's a great deal overall and provides a great selection thats pretty tasty. I've ordered this 15+ times over the last 6 months or so. Lowkey excited on mornings I order these..
However, my most recent orders and last couple past orders seemly suggests that the quality has been abit lack luster on grilled items. The potatos are sometimes very undercooked and some are over. The bacon can be crispy at time and sometimes its just a ball of sog that are formed together. The containers they use are nice and they usually are mindful of items that are going to be placed together and sometimes is a hard nah.
The breads and fruit are always delicious. Even when they send the wrong ones. That only happened with a recent order but I can't say that wont be a thing moving forward.
Like I mentioned prior; this wasn't usually a thing so I hope things will return to normal but wanted people to be aware.
