The 2 person family meal was huge! Chicken was flavourful and great crust! Good pickles.
Biscuits were really delicious.
We got the Mac and cheese and the red beans and rice. Both were good; and the andouille sausage in the red beans and rice was just the right amount of spice. I recommend the milk gravy for the biscuits!

The chicken sandwich isnt completly glazed as advertised in the photo, but it was good nonetheless. The Heavenly Banana Pudding 16oz (serves 2) is delicious, its a 10/ 10. It's a little expensive but worth it.

I feel like I just threw a lot of money down the drain. the Sweet & Spicy Chicken had no seasonings. not even salt. even with the sauce, it lacked even basic salt. the Shrimp Po' Boy had rubbery shrimp. the fries were decent, even though they were cold. the Stone-Ground Goat Cheese Grits (GF) were yummy. the Brown Butter Pecan Pie was too warm and tasted rancid... or someone tossed a cup of alcohol on it. I couldn't even finish the one bite I took. not to mention the size. for the $, the slice was a sliver. will not order from this place again.

I was excited to try this restaurant out since I wanted some soul food and I'm here in Wisconsin on business. The chicken had absolutely no seasoning. The collard greens were bitter and bland. The white gravy tasted exactly like the gravy from Hardees. This restaurant is too expensive for the mediocre food that they serve. I won't eat here again.

I'm excited to taste more of the menu, the fried green tomatoes were amazing. Even though the banana pudding tasted good, it's not worth the price for the amount you get. The pudding came in the same container as the milk gravy and I got more gravy, for $0.90.
