Honestly, i hate leaving bad reviews as a business owner, but whoever cut that stale rock hard bagel thinking i might enjoy or even eat it... is ruining your business, and as a business owner i would want to know why i lost a customer, i tried calling right after my 1st attempt to biet into it but no one answered

A sandwich was missing from my order (2nd time this happened) and when I called they said they forgot to put it in the bag. They asked me to come pick it up which I couldn't do hence using door dash. She wouldn't refund my money and told me the owner would call me back and he never did.

All of the bagels are stale and taste sour. We each took a bite, they’re inedible.
We order from here frequently because of location, sometimes the bagels are good... but only sometimes.
