Love them, they're my most frequent restaurant on DD. I've never been disappointed with Alexander Roll, gyoga, teriyaki chicken, crab Rangoon. The restaurant always looks spotless when I order pickup, and the food has always been tucked nicely in the to go containers, very thoughtful employees.

Food is great and always has been but the haile location does not have the greatest service when it came to resolving an issue. Ordered beef teriyaki and only showed up with just a large fried rice and no protein at all. Sushi was great

I usually order from the Hunter's Crossing location. I didn't get the option to order from there tonight for some reason. I have to say that I expected for everything to be the same but it was not! The quality was lacking, the Spring Rolls tasted stale for some reason, the Rockin Shrimp Roll did not have the baked shrimp and toppings it usually has, and the fried Cheese cake Tempura was subpar, the pieces were way smaller and not worth the price, and the way they bagged the food was ridiculous. The smaller boxes were on the bottom and the bigger box that had the sushi was on top, not secured, so when we opened the box, the rolls were a mess. I will never order from this location again.

The Sweet & Sour chicken was really good! I enjoyed the choices of the Appetizer sampler, as I like all three items. The Thai Donuts are tasty but slightly underdone.
