I added spicy raju to give a little kick and it was so delicious! The spicy miso is a little too spicy for me but the Shoyu with spicy raju added is perfect!

It was good but a bit to much of something that coated my tongue causing the rest not to taste as good. Otherwise okay. Not as good as Hanabi Ramen & Izakaya - Fort Worth. I was not aware Uber Eats delivers for them; DoorDash does not. Now I know!
