I really love this burger joint. It is all of the convenience of the national mega chains, with superior products and true customization. I like mushrooms on my burgers and that won't happen at the golden arches. The well seasoned, flat top grill is key to the flavor of a custom burger. No conveyor belts, here. The fries are nicely done, also, with the right number of crispy ones.

The burgers are 13$ and a little larger than the size of a baseball. Absolutely pathetic. The food is extremely overpriced. Burgers were also so dry that I had to chase each bite and chew with some water or risk choking. Will not be ordering from here again.

Cheeseburger was a little small. Like I wanted more of it. I feel like I should have ordered 2. But, it was still yummy. The large fries could have been bigger as well. Otherwise, the fries were cooked perfectly soft & crunchy. That mink shake was the bomb!

i dont get why people go to a fast food place & complain the burger is small knowing a single is usually 4 oz. if youre an adult get a double at fast food places.
the CRAFT YOUR OWN - IMPOSSIBLE burgers were perfectly cooked. i called to make sure it was well done. everything was great & my extra ingredients i asked for were put in sauce cups on the side. nothing tasted stale like at most fast food joints. REG SPICY CHEESE CURDS were great but not really spicy. fries were ok but i expected them to be subpar bcuz fast food places usually serve frozen fries not fresh.
only advice id give is to cook the fries longer & actually add salt.

Overpriced. Small portions - ordered a "large" fries and onion rings. There were literally 6 onion rings delivered and very few fries for a large order.
The burger patties were smaller than the bun and the meat had no flavor.
Been wanting try this place for awhile. Very disappointed.
