I dont understsnd the low ratings
There was a crowd in drive-thru 6-7 cars moving well
Constant in and out traffic. Hustling crew inside. more than six back there? At 1:00pm Thurs 3/27 in a crazy clean large soacious lobby.
Supervisor (i think) very friendly, happy to help customers, cheerful energetic professional.
Thought I'd try the chilli cheese fries as a side to my sandwich. Oops. That was a MEAL. small rectangle tub Full of chili and gooey stringy pull cheese and sauce, plenty of meat and beans - and maybe 8 nicely cooked long long crinkle fries. That was (really tasty) chilli seasoned with fries, lol.
Impressed on opening, I took a pic to send to cousin, glad i did bc this review wanted me to show you. Lol
Wendys should advertise these on video.
I couldnt stop spooning it in - now what am i going to do with this sandwich? (SO full)

They microwaved shredded cheese on the frys. They got my drinks wrong and they never seem to get any order correct. The chili cheese frys had no chili. And sauceless nugs

I read some o the review, most of it's about the late crew, they not doing a good job there, like a say in my previous comment, the food is disgusting from this place when you order at late hours

There was barely any lettuce in the Cobb Salad and the dressing was ranch instead of the pomegranate vinengarette I requested. The 10PC. Saucy Nuggs was not bad but were terribly salty
