This was best order I have gotten from Wendy's. Food was good. The portions correct. Well packaged and extras (Straws, etc) included. Very good.

I ordered a Large fry. It was clearly thrown into the bag and not filled up. The burger was at the bottom of the bag. They smashed the burger with the fry box. Very dissapppinted.

The fries are extremely hard and over cooked. And I didn't realize until after a few bites that the burger was under cooked. And it wasn't made with condiments, the way I requested. Sandwich was old as well

Very bad cutomer service all my food had been sitting up and they put it in the bag our Cinnabon® Pull-Apart rolls were very hard this is sad
