The picture doesn't do it justice! Everything was hot and fresh even minutes before closing. Best Wendy's food I've had in a long time. A+ from me!

food is cold when the store is right down my road so I know it's not the driver to blame. it's like my food has been sitting there for an hour. didn't even fill the fry all the way up

Fries were cold and hard. Kids' 4PC Nuggets meal missing drink and toy. Frosty wasn't protected nor covered, was exposed, therefore it went to waste.

Chicken nuggets were undercooked fries were in a big fried bunch not individual I asked for barbecue sauce and got honey mustard there was more strawberry flavor in the lemonade then lemonade !!

Baconator® undercooked badly. I guess I should say under microwaved because it was literally frozen on part of it. "Fresh never frozen" baby!
The Sprite and chili were excellent though
