they knew before they sent it out. they knew the fries were burnt and old, they know the cheese was just sitting on the burger instead of melted, they knew a frosty was forgotten, but our Dasher went back to get it. we got no sauce. overall bad experience.

the Taco Salad was completely different than what I have gotten for 20 years I didn't get salsa, chips, and the lettuce was brown through out. the Classic Chocolate Frosty® and Chocolate Chunk Cookie were th only good things.
