It is not necessary for Wendy's to tie and seal the outer bag so tightly that it is impossible to open. The Apple Pecan Salad was well-prepared, with an ample amount of each ingredient included. The Caramel Crunch Vanilla Frosty Fusion™ was well-blended,with the caramel flavoring distributed throughout. However, it was served without a spoon.

Both the Parmesan Caesar Salad and theStrawberry Chocolate Frosty Swirl™ were well-prepared and tasty. However, the container holding the salad was not closed properly, and the Frosty was served without a spoon. This order could have easily received a five-star rating if not for the sloppy service by Wendy's staff. Wendy's must work to get their staff under control.

Strawberry Chocolate Frosty Swirl™ contained incorrect ingredients. Instead of strawberry, a chocolate brownie flavor was swirled into it. The ongoing problems that I experience with Wendy's reflect the caliber of the staff that they employ and a total lack of supervision.

Unacceptably slow preparation time.Apple Pecan Salad was out of stock, and I had to accept a substitution. The container holding the Strawberry Vanilla Frosty Swirl™ was so grossly overfilled that when I opened it, the contents overflowed, creating a tremendous mess. It was almost like an explosion. The strawberry flavoring was not mixed throughout the Frosty, but the majority of it was settled at the bottom of the container. The majority of the employees at Wendy's apparently treat their responsibilities as if they are nothing more than a game. I strongly suggest that DoorDash's field staff perform a visit to the restaurant to assess the attitude of their employees.
