This is my first time in Memphis TN. I really have been enjoying the Memphis culture and especially the Wendy's Dave's Combo . It was hot and fresh when it arrived.

I ordered the Bacon Double Stack with medium French Fries: The meat patties were not fresh. They looked and tasted like they have been sitting for a while before serving them; the fries were not fresh and I was given what looked to be a small order of fries placed in a medium sized container. I'm disappointed and unsatisfied.

Fish was overcooked to the point of being burnt. Burger was falling apart and missing the cheese. The Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato came without sour cream so now it's just a dry potato. I know the job is underpaid and largely thankless, but that's hardly an excuse to do it so poorly.
Hey, at least the Dr Pepper® was good.

Sausage was burnt to a crisp , nothing came on my Sausage, Egg & Swiss Croissant Combo. I thought potatoes came with it...and they just gave me a drink despite me paying extra for something else. Smh horrible and why is it cold

The food was cold. The burger meat was thinner than a breakfast sausage. It was more bacon on the sandwich than hamburger meat
