In one order we got a burnt burger (like a little black hockey puck), two orders of fries missing, mushy apples. brown guacamole and the bacon in the baconator fries was totally black/burnt. Very disappointment. .

Ordered my cold brew with 2 pumps of chocolate and 2 pumps caramel. Those are additional fees. Yet when I sipped my coffee. Bitter and no flavor. Not cool
