I don't understand the logic of packing French Fries in a paper bag at the bottom and sticking burgers covered in aluminum foil on top of them. Not only were the French Fries squashed, but they are sitting there steaming up and becoming salty. These fast food restaurants needs to start thinking about how they package their items. If Shake Shack has a solution for keeping their customers from receiving soggy cold fries, then I don't see why the big name restaurants can't do the same.

all the food was cold Baconator Fries was so salty burger s was dry for almost 40$ I'm so disappointed

The food is great. But the restaurant should do somethinf with the drinks. It wasn't safetly secure. Other restaurants put a tape over the lid, avoinding this ones to be opened. Fix that and will be a 5 star service.
