no straw for my drink, no way to customize and get no ice in my drink, fry box only half way full, brown and soft lettuce on my sandwich. worst whataburger experience I've had in a long time.

The food was actually warm! I have never had warm food from whataburger! I suspect it was because we ordered Texas toast instead of buns. But the fries were warm too! Bravo Whataburger

The food was actually warm. First time ever! It was fresh and tasty today. We love whataburger but, in the last few years, it is always cold. Today, lukewarm but good. They need to figure out how to make those buns hot. Would be perfect. e

The food was yummy but our flour tortillas were like big crackers. Cold hard and crumbly. Whataburger could b so good but hard flour tortillas? They just couldn't b bothered to give us soft fresh. That might have set them back 10 cents!
