Food from this location is usually really good, but not this time. The 2 #7 Whataburger Jr.® burgers I ordered were overcooked, the meat was super thin and tough, the completed burger was dry, had almost no veggies, and the bread was old. To make matters worse the French Fries were cold and seemed like they had been sitting there for hours. The Medium Shakes were almost completely melted and tasted off. I am very disappointed with this order.

Patty Melt and burger were great as normal. The fries and onion rings were not fresh. Both were limp and the breading on the onion rings were soggy. Not what we are used to from Whataburger. This is the first time we've gotten bad sides from them so hopefully it was just a off night. I will give them another chance to make sure it isn't something they have changed and will let you know when I do.

didn't get gravy with one of the kids meals didn't get ranch dressing with the other kids meal. the regular hamburger there was only a Patty on half of it hamburger the bacon burger wasn't very good it was just the meat it was falling apart everywhere

The wings are great. Just make sure you add enough sauce to make them wings.
Brownies are good too.

Did not receive the ketchup i ordered, also did not receive napkins and the bag was not sealed. This seems to happen often with Whataburger in Roswell, NM.
