The strips are a bit small for the price and the gravy came in an extremely liquid state making it inedible

I called at like 1am on a wednesday to request to sub for a honey butter chicken strip sandwich instead of honey bbq, and the lady who answered the phone was so sweet and caring and attentive. she was like oh yes ma'am oh ya whats the name on that order? yup i promise it'll be just how you like it and i was like okayyy thennnn period ty girl!! AND the food was fresh and so good i was baffled downnn hunny! 10/10

I work nights, so I'm always grabbing some quick and I love Whataburger, but tonight my food was not correct and the food we did get was cold and disgusting. But I don't always have a bad experience with them just this time.

The fries were old, cold, and hard. My burger was swimming in mustard. It had so much mustard on it that I couldn't even eat it.
