The 12-Piece Jumbo Shrimp Dinner was good, calling it jumbo, is a stretch. pretty much large. The pretzel bites were hard, and the poppers were extremely hot. Delivery was extremely slow, but I am tired of the fees, tips, and an Xtra 2.99 to have it brought straight to me. I tipped 20 percent and still waited almost an hour. Please do better

the jalapeño burger came with 2 jalapeño slices, I added mushrooms which is literally 3slices of mushrooms. the popper topper wasn't even added and my substitution of poppers for fries was completely missing. my kid's burger meal looked good but they didn't send the apple juice. this isn't the 1st time they send incomplete orders either which is frustrating given I tip the drivers very well and this restaurant doesn't provide my full order so I'm left with having to place another order which requires another set of fees and tip.

Something is always made wrong or items missing. Literally everytime we order from here, theres some type of issue. For how expensive this place is youd think youd get what you pay for.

Dont bother getting sides. Wings are great but the last three times I've ordered the meals that come with 2-3 sides, I've been lucky to even get a third of what corresponds with the order. Forget the sides if you dont want to get scammed.
