this was genuinely the best wing stop experience i have ever had. wanted a late night snack and they went above and beyond. i only ordered 1 large ranch since it costs $5 and opened my bag to FIVE sides of ranch. i think i teared up a little bit in that moment out of pure joy. wings were perfect and fries were extra extra seasoned. god bless whoever was working tonight.

I am very disappointed. My fries were cold and I asked for extra seasoning and there was barely any. My 5 pc Crispy Tender Combo came with no ranch and the tenders were oily and my wings were half way burnt with a whole bunch of sauce to cover it up.

Chicken over cooked fries over cooked tasted like dirty fry oil.. only 3 drink choices and no ice.. for $4 for a drink alone I would have expected more.. on top of that my dasher had to wait forever for food to be cooked.. seems like someone just forgot about it cooking

The summer flavor bundle sounded like a great dea but when l picked up my order - it said ready, I get there and it wasnt ready. I had to wait an extra 25 minutes for them to fnish my wings. The fries were the only thing theybjd ready and they actually still put the soggy fries in my bag rather than replacing it with a new one. I think one of the workers slipped my order and they cooked my order when I asked about it and not at the time I ordered im the app. The wings barely had any sauce on them. Lucky I had some of my favorite wing sauce at home and used that instead
