After trying this again months later Im rereviewing to say that the food is pretty solid. The Yafa Fried Chicken Sandwich is very good and the portion was satisfying this tme around. I can tell there was good thought put into making the items on this menu

I was very frustrated with my recent order. It was supposed to be delivered within 20-30 min but it was cancelled after waiting an hour. Doordash stated it was due to someone else picking up my order but I called the cafe and they blamed the Doordasher even though I saw that they had waited at the store for 30+ min. No other context or apology. After waiting another 30 min for my 2nd order, I realized one of my items was substituted since it was out of stock. I ordered an almond chocolate croissant and was looking forward to a sweet treat with my coffee. They replaced it with a plain croissant which cost less and definitely not what I wanted. They could've tried to contact me especially since I literally just called them or at least replaced it with a different sweet pastry. The coffee was good but the other food was disappointing. It wasn't necessarily bad but lacked strong flavors I would expect from a Yemeni restaurant. I also did not get the ketchup I ordered for my fries.

The chicken in the Yafa Fried Chicken Sandwich was crunchy. Weird texture so I didn't enjoy it much. Everything else tasted great.
