Let me tell you something — if you’re in Idaho Falls and NOT ordering Yoimi Shush & Hibachi, you’re missing out on a VIP ticket to Flavor Town (yes, I said it). I ordered through DoorDash and was blown away like I had front-row seats at a hibachi show — minus the flying shrimp!
The sushi? Fresh like it just dove out of the ocean. Rolls were tight, flavorful, and packed like edible art. The hibachi? SIZZLING. The steak was juicy, the rice was golden perfection, and the veggies were seasoned like someone’s grandma was in the kitchen with a secret spice blend.
And don’t get me started on presentation — it looked so good, I stared at it for five minutes before diving in (okay, maybe 30 seconds — I was hungry). Everything arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor like it came straight off the grill and into my soul.
Yoimi, you didn’t just feed me — you wowed me. 10/10. Will be ordering again. And again. And probably again tomorrow.

• DoorDash orderThe food was alright. I was looking forward to the Egg Roll, but was disappointed both in cost ($6 for 2) and quality. The Gyoza were much better, though I got skimped on them. The Billy Roll is tasty and had a lot of tuna flavor. I also find it amusing that I can order a Spicy Crab Roll and specify "no spicy" to get a standard crab roll (whch is quite tasty I must say)

• DoorDash orderomg so good! The portion sizes are huge, I got the 69. Hibachi Steak Shrimp & Scallop and it was enough for 3 meals for me and was fantastic.
