All was correct & super yummy! The Rellenos are sooooo cheesy and mouth-watering! The meat in the Enchiladas (Carnitas & Barbacoa)is so juicy and tender. I love the rice and beans too, and I'm fairly picky about those! The queso isn't pictured but one of the best I've had! Always a win at Yolandas!

Yolanda's tacos are amazing. For an affordable price I got the fajita meat Queso Burrito! It is the best Mexican I've ever had in my life as well, again very affordable. I come here about once a week, they never let down and are always so nice when you go in. It is also extremely filling so, if you're questioning whether or not to get Yolanda's, get Yolanda's.

The Yolanda's in Castle Rock still makes the best guacamole tostadas in the area. Their hot sauces are to die for especially the Diablo and the Habanero. They never skimp on their entrees.

Had the guacamole tostadas with shrimp. They were delicious. Plenty of guacamole and shrimp on the tostadas. Habanero sauce was tasty and very spicy. Great price!

literally the best enchiladas I've ever eaten. the picadillo is to die for! the food arrived super warm and with the correct salsas, my only complaint is that the restaurant put my chips inside my box, so they were soggy from the enchilada sauce when I got them.
