Consistency is key. And ZAAP is very good at this. High quality every time. I can count on them! Highly recommend the chicken wings, pad kee mao, crispy rice salad with cured pork, and papaya salad Laos style. Mango sticky rice is overpriced for what it is, but it's delicious.

Basil Fried Rice, Laotian Fried Rice and Green Papaya Salad all were divine and the spice level was on point which is so hard to find these days. (We ordered very spicy) Portions were big!

I got the Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles). The fish was hot and very flavorful. I usually get this dish at Malai Kitchen and ordered beef, expecting steak. I much prefer the steak but the ground beef was still good. Next time I'll try this fish with chicken. I appreciate the options to remove and add preferences.

Is the Pineapple Fried Rice quality changing? The beef has a different taste to it and the seasoning felt off from my previous three orders. The Crispy ZAAP Wings were very good though, maybe I should order more next time. But the seasoning and taste of the beef and the rice has definitely changed.
