I love Zaxby's but I always seem to have problems with every order at this Franklin location, my fries don't get seasoned at all when I ask for extra seasoning, my toast isn't toasted, etc. This time my strawberry lemonade didn't have any strawberry syrup at all.

Got the wrong drink and I got tipped off with the fries. I barely got fries and bacon. I order these all the time when I go in but this was extremly disappointing to open. Hope this issue gets resolved soon.
