• DoorDash orderIt's like the third time they don't put the full quantity of tenders. I don't understand how hard it is to just make sure that the adequate amount of Chicken Fingerz™ - 5 that was purchased is in the box

• DoorDash reviewThis Zaxby’s is the absolute worse. I’ve come here multiple times and have always had bad service and an awful experience. The employees are rude and don’t care. This is unfortunate because I really do love Zaxbys. I’ve been to a bunch of other Zaxbys locations around the state and in town and always had a great experiences but this location sucks. Tonight is no exception. I arrive to this location about an hour before they close and go through the drive-thru and they tell me that they are only accepting online orders. I park and place an online order. My order is confirmed and accepted by the Zaxbys location. I sit outside in the parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for my order to be completed. I get a notification that my order is complete and ready for pick up. I go through the drive-thru again and the employee tells me that they see my order was accepted in time but they didn’t make it and refused to make my order because they are now closed. This is ridiculous and was a huge waste of my time especially after they tell me they are only accepting online orders, they accepted my order, I got a notification my order was completed & ready for pick up but they chose to refuse to make my order. I’ve tried giving this location multiple chances but I will not be going back to this location anymore. I’ll just keep ordering and going to the South OBT location like I usually do.

• DoorDash orderthe Fried Pickles were the best! I did not really enjoy ZaxSeas Surf & Turf Meal the chicken tenders were not crispy as pictured and shrimp was not tasty and as crispy. however the slaw is amazing
