Very disappointing meal. The Spinach Salad (Vegan/ GF) wasn't bad, but it had no Gorgonzola and weirdly had carrots and grape tomatoes, which weren't included in the menu description. But the real disappointment was the Eggplant Parmigiana and accompanying pasta. It was flavorless. The tomato sauce didn't taste like tomatoes and had not even a hint of garlic. It was the most bland "Italian" food I've ever eaten. Needless to say, with so many other great options in Manhattan, I don't believe I'll be ordering from Zia Maria again.
