"I love PF Chang's in general, everything usually tastes good but I do sometimes have to mention not to fry/ burn the Kung pow Brussels too much but even then, those are tasty (this was the lost star for me bc I order this every time). We've done to go/ curbside, delivery, and have dined in, it's cute and so are the plates. I'm vegan so I usually do the Ma po tofu (req crispy), but I've tried broccoli sautéed in garlic/ brown sauce, Buddha's Feast and the fried eggplant entree before as well as the chili green beans. all are tasty and do the trick if you are looking for something savory even if you're not vegan. The textures are the differences there (eggplant is good but if you don't like soft/ slimy textures, just choose a different option). The spring rolls and sauce are very tasty but it's only 3 so if you can afford it and don't mind, just go for it. I prefer Lo Mein in general and it's good, my bf prefers fried rice and said that the spicy chicken, salmon, and shrimp dishes are all pretty solid/ okay.
