Really nicely seasoned I kept thinking do I need to dip it into a sauce and you dont need to. Although rice and kimchi would be a great pair with this.

The kimchi fried rice was alright, but it could've been improved with more kimchi and less seaweed. In comparison, Sia Fusion eatery excels in serving a tastier kimchi fried rice. Additionally, the fried egg wasn't runny; it was fully cooked. Overall, a 3-star rating.
