El Pollo Loco has been my go to place for chicken,until today. The 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo I received was burnt, very dry, and past the point of being edible. I couldnt even bite thru the skin. Also not a store related issue, but DoorDash refused to refund because apparently quality issues don't qualify for refunds. The chicken had to go in the trash. Very disappointing.

Dont waste your money on their Birria! Bland no flavor, and literally a whole chopped onion in a quesadilla and barely any meat at all! Stick to their chicken its what's good!

yuck...the chips had a nasty burnt taste and the bottom was sopping wet with bean juice. not gonna order this again. I have a bad taste in my mouth now.

Only the Shredded Chicken Quesadilla came as described. The Double Chicken Tostada Salad and the Original Pollo Bowl (2 of them) didn't even have 1 portion of chicken let alone the double portion in the Double Chicken Tostada Salad. Very disappointed because it is the first time this happens to me at Pollo Loco.
