Half the pizza had barely any crust and the other half had very thick crust, I ordered salami and they put on pepperoni, and large chunks of the cheese was not even melted. The delivery driver was great though!

Ordered a pizza. Was brought the wrong order, reordered and the pizza was undercooked, barely cut, and and insane amount of garlic. 33$ and a waste

Entire middle of pizza was bare and crust was hard. Had to have been an old pizza. I like papa Johns, but this was BAD

I haven't ordered Papa John's in several years. Recently I thought I'd give it another try. It used to be my favorite. The quality has really gone down. Won't be ordering again.
