Specifically, the sticks dry and harden into these plasticky things that don't taste very good. They are exceptionally expensive for the size of their sandwiches and salads (how expensive is lettuce, for real). If Jersey Mike's or Mr. Pickles were closer, I'd rarely order from here. That said, the bread is very good, as are the soups on the days they have something I like.
