They were so old and sat so long they took the form of the bowl, and when submerged in broth never declumped, they just shredded or stayed in gelatinous form. Just from a basic food flavor standpoint point, their broth is bland. Their food is "ok", like a 3.5/5 flavor wise, but quality and to go service is a 1. There are far better Pho places even within a mile of this place, their only benefit is they do delivery late at night and they are the only option."
