"the shrimp po boy is awesome. overflowing with shrimp. the bread is also wonderful. better than subway and jersey mikes bread. its slightly spicy. id prefer 0 spice but its fine. A bit pricy at 19 dollars but its a great sandwich. 15 would be the sweet spot imo. 1 dollar cornbread is just a very small muffin. tastes great and freshly made and soft. I got cold bread pudding but next time im definitely getting the hot. since it was cold i felt like it was in the fridge for days. Hot is the way to go for sure. the red beans and rice is also amazing. full a flavor with a bit of spice. there is no way popeyes can beat this."

"I ordered on a Sunday, and had a craving some down south cuisine like my family used to make on Sundays. I ordered the fried catfish, fries oysters, and crawfish mac & cheese. This was the worst "southern" meal I've ever had. Bland...it lacked flavor, no seasoning at all. The breading on the seafood was nothing like ive ever tasted. Strong cornmeal aftertaste. Safe to say i will never order from this place again. I wish I could get my money back because of how off the mark this was. I'm shocked by all of the positive reviews. I rarely write reviews, but after having this meal, felt compelled to give my two cents. "
