I moved to CoCo county from Alameda County and have been struggling for a year trying to find great quality sushi. This sushi (I ordered three rolls) was delicious. The sushi rice was perfectly cooked/seasoned AND had the right ratio to fish. There was no attempt to cut costs by creating giant, fat rolls that are thick with rice. The fish was fresh, tasted delicious, and had no smell - the container only smelled like ginger. I loved it all. Will definitely come here again. "

All the different rolls we ordered were packed into the same box, so the sauces all leaked into one another, ruining most of the Sake Maki . The shrimp in the Ken's Special was cold and not a great texture. The whole thing was caked in sauce, ruining the rice. the Lion King had browned avocado in it, and the salmon on top had been incinerated. They gave us free gyoza but they were mostly empty, greasy and full of green onion. Probably won't be ordering again anytime soon."

"This was my first time trying this restaurant. I ordered the American Dream Roll and The *Alameda Roll for delivery. I was a little skeptical when I saw the rolls packaged in sandwich size plastic clam shells, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I took a bite and realized how big and full ech piece was! Normally a single roll is a decent snack for me, and I need about 1.5-2 rolls to fill full. I was only able to eat the equivalent of 1 roll and I was stuffed. Both rolls tasted great! They were beautifully decorated, tasted as described in the details (which is important to me), and filled me up without having to eat multiple rolls. I'm very pleased with my order and will definitely be back for more!"

"Decided to try out Sasa as it's new on DD and has no rating. My first take, going through the menu was "wow, this is pricey! I hope it's good!". I decided to confirm a quick suspicion and looked up their online menu, while Sasa is not a cheap restaurant normally, it's DD prices are all increased by 1-3 dollars each. This can quickly start to add up. The order ended up coming in at over $200 delivered. The food itself was good, well prepared, well cooked (where applicable) and well presented. I've added photos of all the dishes we got. The Lamb Chops* (2) were very tender and melted off the bone, a good sign! The California rolls are pricey, but made with real crab, no imitation Surimi. Pork Belly Skewers (2) delicious but pricey and small portion. They missed the Duck Buns (2) altogether, never got those. Overall good food, but small portions. Value for money? Not sure...need to decide for yourself. Possibly better as a dine-in option with lower prices."

"Really overpriced for the quality and quantity. Even for Sasa. The quality has really gone downhill. They do not include chopsticks or utensils of anysort. The Miso Soup was inedible. There was zero salt or ingredients in it. Just a merky looking broth that tasted like water. The Sasa roll and Spider roll were just ok. Nothing special you couldn't get from another local sushi establishment. The Seasonal Tempura was just asparagus when on the menu it says it's a mixed variety. Edamame portion was so little for $7. Overall very bleh and you could get the same amount and better quality at another place without having to pay ths much when you're expecting the quality of Sasa. I know it's under new ownership so who knows."

"It was packaged incredibly well, with cardboard at the bottom to keep the soup and food level. The gyoza had a cute little doily underneath, and was delicious and crispy! There was plenty of ginger and the sushi was perfect, and the lid of the container easily ripped off so I was not overcrowded with the lid. The miso soup that came with the meal was hot and the best miso i have ever had. I would eat it every day. High quality ingredients and great portions. 10/5 stars! "

"6. Chicken Katsu Super good and I've ordered multiple times but I keep asking for some extra sauce and I've never gotten it. It comes with plenty of chicken, 2 pieces but barely enough sauce for 1 of the pieces. Even just one extra pack of sauce would be nice so there's enough for both pieces."
