I understand that it may not always be fresh and meaty but most were spoiled, melty meat instead of firm, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Not a good first time experience here for crawfish. Most of my Jumbo Crawfish were spoiled so it had to be tossed out. I ordered a total of 6 pounds of disappointment. The house sauce was pretty good. Maybe next time I'll give it one more try.
