Probably would not order that again as I do not like peanuts in my noodles. 拍黄瓜 Spicy cucumber salad was only okay. They didnt actually "smash" the cucumber as the Chinese name indicates. So the flavor sits on top and was not infused. 羊肉元葱锅贴 Lamb & onion potstickers were incredible. Can't beat the flavors in this lamb dish. Impressed and would order again!"

I read a few people were shocked receiving raw meat but it's because it can cook really fast in the broth and be over done. We always heat the broth on the stove top to get it piping hot again, then add the raw meat and soup fixings right as you pull the broth off the stove. A little work but yummy!!"

A hot and sour broth with button mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and cilantro. "The satay with 4 BIG skewers with a generous amount of peanutsauce was perfect! Pulled easily off the stick. Tender chicken breast, well cooked and piping hot. I loved the raw waffle cut cucumbers in light vinegar with a hint of sweetness, ate the whole cup! The asparagus prawns were of good size, not fishy, also well cooked but not chewy. Remember to pull the tails off LOL . The aparagus and the vegetables were slightly crisp, no mushiness. The mushrooms were perfectly cooked and whole, easily removed if not a fan. "It's sad to see a new business attempt to retain the old businesses menu, but fail at its execution. My pho had three very small piece of tofu, no jalapeños or lime, no hoisin or sriracha. The bahn mi is not a bahn mi. The bun they use is entirely soft and huge. Normally I'm not against larger portions as you get your value, but there was so much sauce it was dripping out of the wrapper and was completely soaking the already soft bun, I had to plate it and there was a pool of sauce. The pieces of pork were left large so they would pull the sandwich apart. Also I've never seen a tomato on a bahn mi, maybe thats just my experience, but it was strange. Their Thai food is typically good, when I've ordered that before, but trying to get the food items that carried over from the previous business, is just disappointing, ruined my day. "
