"Probably the most enjoyable, truly Southern United States creole I have ever had. The Crawfish was huge, spicy, and completely on FIRE!! The Mac & Cheese was like it was made in Philadelphia on the Fourth of July. The Lobster Tail didn't come. I guess it ran out of steam before it ever got out of Canadian waters. The Garlic Bread was crusty, hot, and made a lasting impression like Team USA issuing a stinging beat down on Canada at the 4 Nations Hockey Tournament for the 3rd year in a row. (Like the entire country of Canada) Huge win. Highly recommend!!!"
