I don’t think it’s mild… I mean, it’s not crazy hot, but the heat still lingers — not in a sharp spicy way, just in a “damn you still here” kind of way. The texture is what sets it off. It has almost like a crispy beer-battered fish texture. I really like this dish. "I've lived in TX 16yrs now and this is the best Chinese Restaurant I've ordered from. I'm always customizing my order with extra ingredients that aren't usually in the dish (I LOVE green and white onions, broccoli, bok choy/cabbage, etc but my system's sensitive to carrots and belpepper) for an upcharge. They're NEVER aggravated or indifferent about the change/requests and do pay attention to (my sensitivities, more or less of something) order notes. They have also called to clarify my notes which shows they take pride in serving good and fresh food as well as customer satisfaction, which is always a plus for any business. I decided to try the House S6. House Special Soup (Large) Soup (added green onions and cabbage🙃) and it did NOT disappoint! They're hands down on point with everything and I'm sorry for being greedy, as I meant to take more pics but didn't think about it until halfway into my food 😋... it was just that good!"

"this is the second time we have received a very small order of edamame. you can see the bottom of the container through the edamame. it might be half the normal size order and this is the second time it's happened. there's about $2 worth of edamame in my container."

"The food here is phenomenal. Love the combo because you get a lot for the price The only negative is that they did not include the sauce I paid for. I wish they would pay attention to detail and include all items that you pay in addition for. The meat was tender and flavored very well. I also wish they offered the jalapeno edamame on the menu but they do not. :-("

"The Tokyo Black absolutely fires on all cylinders!!! It's easily the best bowl of ramen I've had in Dallas. I always add an extra soft boiled egg because their mariated eggs are excellent. If you like it spicy, I recommend ordering their medium heat as it's a nice level of spicy without being wild. The higher heat levels are also very good, but would only suggest them to the more experienced spice eater! "
