"The Tacos were delicious ...I ended up combining the meat from the tacos with the sides from my nacho order w/ my chips and made a pretty delicious nacho plate....the actual nachos were comical. They were HUGE but with the smallest portion of meat (for the price you would think it'd be more than my taco plate, it was maybe 1/4 cup of chopped up chicken). I ended up throwing the chips/cheese/chicken from the nacho plate away...it wasn't edible, chicken was dry, chips were all fused together. The churros were awful, could barely chew them they were so hard. The chimichanga was limp because of all the sauces tossed over them (if its delivery maybe put wet sauces on the side so the food can at least arrive the way it's supposed to), I ordered beef thinking it'd be shredded meat but instead it was minced and something from Taco Bell. This place is overpriced and not really worth it in my opinion. Find a hole in the wall instead"

I ordered and paid for a large pizza with salami. I received a gluten free personal pizza with salami. Funny but I had more than one mouth to feed, hence the large.
So, I called the store to straighten it out. The manager gets on the phone, yay. What a delightful person he was. He must have a PHD in gaslighting. I'm the idiot for ordering through DoorDash. Not his problem that DoorDash charged $37 for a personal pizza. His too bad your problem not mine attitude was refreshing. I can't remember the last time I've had such wonderful customer service.
Finally I had to ask him if he was going to do anything to make it right. He then decided to send me a medium pizza for free. I had ordered and paid for the large, but at this point whatever. I was sick of listening to him. Over and over again, "Don't order on DoorDash ever again" or "never use DoorDash again". I suggested maybe Round Table should stop their listing with DoorDash. Well that's not within his control. However I should have known there was an issue with ordering through DoorDash. Why did I not know that. I have made several orders over the last few years, and this was the first time I've experienced a problem.
I liked Round Table's Pizza, but that will be the last time I order from them. The manager picked a fight with me, in a situation where I had zero blame. Well shame on me, yeah right. Enjoy!"
