"This is a mixed review. I wouldn't really give it 4 stars but a good 3.5. The shrimp in the Shrimp Po' Boy was really good. Lots of flavor and big shrimp. I did not like the French bread. It wasn't toasted enough kind of overpowered the shrimp. Eaten open faced it was fine. The Cup Gumbo was mixed as well. The shrimp and sausage in it were very good but the roux wasn't cooked the way I like it. It's a thin lighter colored broth as opposed to the almost muddy flavor/ color I prefer. the meats are fine. "I am a changed man. I have never had ox tail before, and didn't really eat a lot of yams. There is a bunch of meat on the ox tails, I think I could eat this for my next 5 meals. The yams were delicious, they are sweet and have good texture. The Mac n cheese isn't the typical cheap Mac n cheese that some restaurants serve you with runny sauce- it sticks together and had a good seasoning on it. I am from Colorado visiting for a week, more so than anything I will miss this meal."
