"They consistently misread my order on the Mango Ice Blended with Ice Cream including bubba. We order one wih bubba and one without, on separate lines, with the corresponding price ( Including the extra charge for the bubba). They readily charge the extra for the bubba, but do not include it with the drink . Simple inattention to the details of the order is going to cause me to stop ordering from them and find an alternate vendor. It is a shame because their teas taste good otherwise. This is the second time we have reported this but at least the fourth or fifth time this has happened over the last 6 months."
