"Unfortunately this meal was the worst Chinese food I have ever had.
The chow mien noodles were dry and had the texture of straw, literally inedible. The stir fried rice was tasteless over cooked and stuck together in big clumps. Also, this went in the trash!
The shrimp was actually edible, but in all actuality the "meal" consisted of a few pieces and teriyaki chicken children's meal was also really bad, cold, hard and chewy.
The Cream Cheese Rangoon were good, but how difficult can it be to mess them up? Thank goodness for small favors.
I've had Panda Chinese food before and it wasn't great but fast and a bit cheaper. I knew it wasn't great, but I had no idea I would end up tossing 95% of it in the trash!

I'm always customizing my order with extra ingredients that aren't usually in the dish (I LOVE green and white onions, broccoli, bok choy/cabbage, etc but my system's sensitive to carrots and belpepper) for an upcharge. They're NEVER aggravated or indifferent about the change/requests and do pay attention to (my sensitivities, more or less of something) order notes.
They have also called to clarify my notes which shows they take pride in serving good and fresh food as well as customer satisfaction, which is always a plus for any business.
