"Wow! I was beginning to give up on a good Pho place to eat. Theres an amazing Pho place in the high desert where I came from and have been struggling to find one at least as good as that place. At the other places here I've tried, either the meat tastes gross with great broth or vice versa. But this place was the best of both. The Rare Steak was perfect, rare and broth was delicious and piping hot. The Dumplings (6) were good, Popcorn Chicken was good and pepper spicy, Coconut Sticky Rice was a sweet treat but a little pricy for the portion.
