I live 7 blocks from it and the driver arrived promptly yet the food was cold and stiff like it had been sitting for a while. the Quattro Formagio Pizza was ridiculously salty, rubbery in the middle and clearly burnt around the edges. had to reheat it after 1 piece. the Artichoke Dip wasn't melted and I had to put it in the oven.
